Theory of Counseling

Austen does not rely upon a manual or singular modality. For some people, a change in how they relate to their thoughts is highly advantageous. For others, lifestyle changes have more potential to restore their well-being. Still other people just need someone to really hear and understand them. Everyone’s path to mental wellness is unique. However, self-compassion, positive lifestyle habits, and recognizing your inner bully are always emphasized in his practice.
